Listed

A Listed facility hasn't been claimed by a representative yet. Our team compiled and reviewed its information — such as location, levels of care, and services — before publishing it.

Details can change between reviews, so we recommend calling the facility to confirm services, availability, and insurance before you visit. If you work at the facility, you can claim the listing for free.

Free

Claimed

A Claimed listing is managed by someone we've confirmed works at the facility. They can keep contact details, services, insurance, and payment options up to date. Here's what we confirm:

  • The person works at the facility — instantly with an email at the facility's website domain, or by calling the facility's own phone number
  • Changes are reviewed by our team before they appear
  • Contact information is accurate and current
  • Claiming is free, and always will be

Paid plan

Verified

Verified is our most detailed listing. Our team works directly with the facility to confirm its information and build a complete profile, and the listing shows the date it was verified. Verification is renewed every 12 months, and not every facility qualifies. What we confirm:

  • State license and its current status
  • Accreditations and certifications
  • The website and phone number are owned and operated by the facility
  • Treatment services, levels of care, and conditions treated
  • Insurance and payment options
  • Cost of treatment and typical length of stay, when shared
  • Photos of the actual facility, and a video tour when available
  • Amenities and other offerings

Questions About Listings

What's the difference between a Claimed and a Verified listing?
A Claimed listing is managed by a confirmed facility representative who keeps its details current. A Verified listing is a paid plan: our team confirms the facility's license, accreditations, services, insurance, and photos directly, builds a complete profile, and shows the verification date.
How do I claim or add a listing?
Find your facility on our Claim page and choose Claim. If your facility isn't listed, use the request form on the same page and our team will review it.
How long does verification take?
Usually a few business days once we have your license, accreditation, and photo information.
Can a listing be removed?
Yes. If a facility has closed or shouldn't be listed, send a removal request from the Claim page and we'll review it.
